Project
Management.
Operational management and site coordination, from the first day on site to practical completion.
Operational
Management.
The project management service constitutes the operational core of the project. OPUS organises, coordinates and supervises all interventions on site.
The rigorous management of works ensures compliance with the programme, conformity with execution drawings and the maintenance of the expected quality standard, from the preparation of the site through to the rectification of the final defects.
From the first day on site
to the handover of keys.
Site management and practical completion constitute the two fundamental phases of the project management service.

Site management
OPUS manages the scheduling of all interventions, organises site meetings and produces weekly reports. The management of delays, penalties and the proper maintenance of the site is monitored continuously, integrating the observations of the technical inspector and the health and safety coordinator.
Practical completion
The inspection of works gives rise to a detailed completion certificate. The schedule of defects is formalised and a programme for the rectification of defects is established to ensure the complete conformity of the delivered work.
Documentation
and coordination.
The as-built documentation and the scheduling, management and coordination function complete the project management service.
As-built documentation
OPUS collects the full set of drawings, schematics and technical notes relating to the works as executed. This documentation is submitted to the architect and then delivered to the project owner in two printed copies and one digital copy, constituting the complete technical record of the project.
Scheduling, management and coordination
The scheduling function defines the logical sequence of tasks, identifies the critical path and integrates technical, regulatory and logistical constraints. Management relies on a master programme and detailed schedules, rigorous progress monitoring and immediate corrective measures. Coordination ensures fluid execution across all trades through the management of inter-trade interfaces, the anticipation of conflicts and the necessary arbitration.
